Project Health is a peer health education student organization that strives to promote health and wellness throughout the UA campus and surrounding community.  Project Health provides students with peer support, education, and awareness on issues that are considered to be important health issues for college students.

This year's regional Bacchus Peer Education Conference will be held at The University of Alabama on March 28, 2009. Project Health would like to welcome the Area 8 Bacchus Affiliate Peer Educators from Mississippi, Tennessee, and Alabama to the campus for this exciting event.

Project Health Holds Annual Health Fair

Project Health will be hosting its second annual UA Student Health Fair today, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Ferguson Plaza to promote healthy living.


The peer educators of Project Health are working to promote a holistic approach to health.
Michelle Harcrow, Project Health’s adviser, said a holistic health approach involves wellness as a whole.
